Living Area

The living room has lots of windows and is bright and airy. It is open to the kitchen /dining area and has a sleeper couch with 3 comfy chairs and a few ottomans for kicking up your feet. The living room has a large flat panel smart TV with Satellite. This home has central AC/heating. The sunporch is just off of the living room and serves as the entry to the house

2 Bedrooms

The 1st bedroom is off of the living room and has 2 queen-sized beds with ensuite bathroom. There is a large walk-in closet. The master bedroom is at the back of the house down a long hallway and has a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom. There is a small closet. Down the hallway leading to the master bedroom is a desk. Both bedrooms have flat panel TV’s with Satellite.

2.5 Bathrooms

The 1st bathroom has a custom stone and tile walk-in shower and single sink. The 2nd bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and a single sink. The ½ bath powder room is just off of the kitchen. Across from the ½ bath is the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.

Kitchen

This thoughtfully designed kitchen is open to the living room with an island breakfast bar. There is a gas stove, full sized refrigerator and a dishwasher. This bright and open space is stocked with most basic items. There is plenty of cabinets and counter space. A large dining table to seat 6 also makes for a great space to play games or put together a puzzle

Outdoors

Kelly Keys does not have a Pool. Just outside the living room is a sunroom for storing your beach & fishing equipment. The sunroom also serves as the entry to the living room off the front porch. The front porch is spacious with some patio furniture and a BBQ grill. There is a gate on the front porch. After a day at the beach or fishing rinse off with the outside shower or conveniently located water hose. There is a small fenced backyard with a doggie door.

Parking

The driveway can fit 2-4 vehicles on the uncovered driveway depending on their size. Boats and trailers are OK as long as they fit in the driveway
